Wanted to explore Kelowna and this hotel was cosy base for doing it. The staff was courteous and affable in all services. This venue was set in a central area just off downtown Kelowna and great Resturants and shopping, restaurants and beach, and downtown. Rutland district was worth exploring.

The ladies cooking the breakfast were very friendly. They were nice to my children.
Duvet Covers look too old. One blanket (under the duvet) had a big brown mark - perhaps a burn from the dryer - not sure. But it wasn't a comforting feeling seeing it.

We stayed in this resort 4 nights. We put on the please do not disturb sign and told the room service no need to tidy up the room during our stay. On the third day the receptionist demanded to inspect the room saying that "This is our rule to ensure that things inside are ok". Poor management style.

Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was updating carpets cleaned and available with the kitchen and garden, for example. Had a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom...
Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

The hotel was comfortable and located centrally, close to everything in the area; a nice bonus was the nearby Cactus Club Cafe offering tea and coffee.

We were having a group get together and the have several courtyards with grills where we could all sit and eat together. Their staff was wonderfully accomadating of our requests.
The rooms were clean but some of them had a musty smell that spraying with febreeze was able to alleviate.
